Hey y’all! I’m a single Dad in the San Marcos area, simply looking for a decent-sized room (> 12’x12’) and bathroom. I have a 6-yr old daughter that will spend 2 nights a week with me.

I am extremely organized, keep up on dishes, and I am not afraid to deep clean as needed. I’m pretty handy as well, so I can be relied upon for minor repairs and general maintenance (interior + exterior). I’m mainly just looking for a quiet, clean space with respectful roommates! I love to spend time outside (esp. at the river), hammock up by some trees, or simply hang out and talk about the intricacies of life. Main things that I’ll be doing is working for most of the day, and studying or making food in the evenings.
