Hi I’m Alvin. I’m very sociable and easy to get along with. I am very organized, and I strive to maintain a clean living space. I work full time as a corporate customer care representative. I’m looking to team up with a responsible and dependable roommate to do a 12 month lease to rent a 2 or 3 bed, 2 bath, apartment/condo/home in a nice area. I prefer New Tampa/Tampa Palms area but I’m flexible.
