I’m 38 and will be attending Epic Flight Academy starting in April, and looking for a place that is month-to-month. I will be moving from Colorado and will need to figure this out remotely. I will be studying and working often so I won’t be around much, and when I am at the house I will mostly keep to myself.

I’m easy going, easy to get along with, a clean/tidy person, and I’m looking for a clean and at least somewhat quiet house.
