Single mom ideally looking to start a new home share with another parent who has a child of similar age (4). My son and I are looking to move soon out of an unhealthy/toxic situation. Son is on the autism spectrum, and while usually very good, he needs a friend to engage with almost like a sibling. Some quick things about me:
- Work remote with a long term, stable job
- High credit score and no past evictions
- Enjoy video games, nerdy stuff gardening, cooking on occasion. Son loves usual toddler stuff and is usually quite chill and cute. LBGTQ and 420 friendly.
- 1 cat and 1 dog (dog is a Shiba inu and both are super friendly.
- Prefer no drama and shared house responsibilities. Could trade off on babysitting/kid watching.
- Since I work remote, I have a wide area we could move, with preference in North West Oregon or South West Washington. Just needs to be somewhere kid safe.
- Happy to start a brand new house share with the right little family.
