hello!! I am seeking a roommate to start a ONE YEAR lease may 1st I am a gay man in my 30s seeking for a roommate to live with me in an apartment COMMUNAL 2Bdrm environment!! I have not found an apartment yet because i am waiting to find a roommate to do so! This means you can help pick the place! preferred requirements: -must love dogs (my medium size 3 year old pup named Macy will be living with us)

• someone who doesn’t work from home or in the communal areas . -artistic and/or appreciative of the arts -respectful of the living space -able to sign the lease or have a co-signer
• Preferably no other pets. -will put one utility bill in their name -have a good time with us -max rent per person $850-$1000 *JUST TO CLARIFY, this posting is for a roommate, I have not found a space yet.
