Hello, im Josh. I am relocating to Tampa Bay soon and going to be applying for jobs once im there. Having to restart after losing a good job and living in Arizona for 17 years. Im hoping to find a good room to rent that payment arrangements can be made as money will be tight, even if I pay something like $200 upfront to show good faith. I like to socialize a little bit, but keep to myself mostly, so no worries on unwanted guests or parties. I dont smoke or drink. Thanks!
