Hi! My name is nicky and I am looking for a room to rent for a few months until I save enough for my own apartment. I just got a job in Hayward for my uncles construction company and start April 4th. Currently living with my parents in texas, but have money saved to afford a room to rent. My hours are 6 am-2:30 pm, Monday thru Friday. I am very respectful, clean, don’t cook much, and am very courteous to spaces around me. I do not smoke, drink, or party.
