I’m single and have a 9yr old who’s with me every other week. He is my world. I need a very clean and safe environment for him. He is well behaved, an honors student, baseball player and loves his school at Embassy Creek Elementary. We are super tidy, military upbringing. Cleanliness is a must especially when cooking and eating. I love to cook. However, I respect your rules of what may not be allowed in the kitchen. My son has allergies to nuts so I get it. I’m from an old school Sicilian family and I instilled the same upbringing with my boy. Family oriented and a happy loner with an old soul. I love nature, stand up comedy, old school cartoons lol, all types of music, exercising and helping people. We aren’t loud but we do laugh alot. Always happy, cause life is too short to be bitter. The past 2 yrs I’ve put my life on hold for my grandfather. I’ve been in New Jersey taking care of my grandfather and mother. I have also been driving back and forth to see my son it’s been exhausting. Due to covid I’ve been sleeping in the car at rest stops when I travel to fl. I make good timing 21 hrs total rather than getting on a plane or hotels. My mom is selling the house up here finally so I need to find a place ASAP and finally get back to my baby boy. My mom has a home in Hollywood but my sister, boyfriend and her children are there and her dogs. I’m looking to stay at least 4 to 6 months. Then hopefully I can find permanent living. I do not party. I have 2 friends so no need to worry about my social life being a problem cause it’s non existent. I’m super chill, a Libra, spiritual not religious and really ocd about cleanliness as I mentioned before. When I’m not with my son I’ll be spending the extra time at work or the gym. I prefer a female roomie with no pets. I’m allergic to cat dander and short haired dogs. Small dogs with long hair like Yorkies are ok. I’m uncomfortable with any type of hair on the floor. I also prefer a private bathroom and entrance.
