Hi, my name is Antoinette I’m 24 and currently work full time as behavioral therapist. I’m a Regis University Alumni and planning to start my masters degree this upcoming fall in family therapy. I have 3 year old (very well behaved) does not bark at all— roommate references are available, Catahoula mix pup my absolute best friend. In my free time I ski, camp, hike, yoga, and write poetry. I’m easy going, very clean living type of gal. I’m looking for a room that is under 900 per month (I can increase my budget) and am looking for May 1st, 2023. Come this upcoming end of April or May 1st I’ll have a room available in my current 2 bedroom very LARGE two story duplex with yard for entertaining on the edge of Lakewood next to 285. I’m either looking for a roommate to fill the other room which has a walk in closet (we’d still split rent evenly) 825 a month each OR I’d be open to not resigning the lease and teaming up to sign a new place. But I think my current place is a steal with the current housing market and I love living here so if anyone is looking for a place come end of April or May 1st hit me up so we can chat!!!
