Looking in Bluffton or Hilton Head. Lived/worked in Bluffton and on HH Island from 2019 to fall, 2021. Had to return to home area to help out aging parent. Looking to return as soon as I secure a job, earliest will be 8/1/22. The rentals have skyrocketed while the job compensations have remained at their levels before the pandemic. I know the areas well. I still have some married friends there and love the area and especially the weather as compared to eastern PA. I am very considerate, quiet around the house, a non-smoker, a non-drug user, a normal, social drinker. I am athletic and like to go to the gym and ride my bike. I am still a part-time, professional musician, but only play solo events occasionally. I am seeking a normal person to afford a decent place to live and share. Each would have our own bathroom :) I can easily get a job down there as a school bus driver and add a few music gigs to help out, but unfortunately, due to rental market explosion, I can’t do it myself (right now at least). Hope to hear from a few good people who also want to live/work in Bluffton or on HH and could use a good roommate :)
