Im a clean, quiet, easy going and very friendly, non-smoking mid 40’s adult female who works full-time in customer service. My cat and I are looking for an unfurnished, preferably longer term room for rent in Santa Barbara or Goleta where I’ve lived for over 18 years. My 9yr old cat gets along very well with people & other cats; he will avoid dogs but I love them!
