Hello! I’m Joseph, I work from home as a workshop producer for a marketing-design company, and I’m also working towards being a full-time musician (guitar, sing, write songs, and just started learning piano). Some other interests of mine are being active/working out/yoga, getting outdoors/hiking, reading, journaling, snowboarding, dancing, seeing movies, seeing live performance (music, theater, comedy), and cooking/baking. Aside from weekends, I like to keep a somewhat structured routine during the week, so most days are kind of similar: wake up around 6-7am, do my morning stuff (journal/stretch/meditate/workout/eat), I usually work in the morning-afternoon, the late afternoon I usually work on my music, sometimes I gig in the evening but if not I’ll do whatever (see above interests), and then I’m in bed around 10pm for a hopeful 8ish hours.

What I’m looking for: I’ve been living downtown in a studio for the past few years, so I’m wanting to switch things up: live in a shared place, somewhere more residential, closer to nature. Ideally, it’d be rad to live with people I vibe well with, occasionally hanging out/sharing meals when our schedules align. I think considerateness is really important in shared living: keeping tidy, open communication, mutual respect, kind of knowing each other’s schedules so as to not disturb them if possible.
