I work in El Segundo in sales selling motion capture equipment to the entertainment industry.

I am LGBT+ friendly, kink friendly, love all pets (no allergies), and alcohol is fine by me. I am sorta pot friendly but I rarely partake and would prefer someone who does it less frequently.

Some of my hobbies include PC gaming (and building PCs/collecting mechanical keyboards/keycaps), craft beer (and sometimes brewing it), photography (as a hobbyist), D&D, anime, concerts, tattoos/piercings, cooking/baking, and I am a fucking HUGE Lord of the Rings nerd. I’d also love to get back into going to the gym and would love a lifting buddy.

I have no preference for male or female roommates (or non-binary or genderfluid). My current roommate (who I’ve been living with since March 2020) is male.

-Cleaning Habits: I’m a borderline neat freak. At my current place we take out the trash daily. I wipe down surfaces/vacuum/mop whenever it’s needed. -Sleeping Habits: I’m usually up until midnight - 1AM gaming in my room. -Cooking Habits: I cook most evenings, or batch cook larger meals to eat over the course of a few days. I really enjoy cooking and baking and love to make things from scratch.
