Hello, I’m a college student looking for a room for rent. I have a part-time job, but my budget is very limited. Therefore, a quiet house with “4 people or less, private bedroom, shared/private bathroom, $300, all bills paid” is what I am honestly looking for. I love living with dogs and cats! I don’t drink or smoke, so I hope my roommates are same. I like to keep the shared areas like kitchen, living room, and bathroom as clean as possible. I go out throughout the day all most every day, and I usually come home late too, so I hope my roommates are ok with that. I rarely cook, but I like people who love cooking, then I can learn from them. I love learning new skills and things, music, food, volunteering, animals (except snakes), watching movies, travelling, hiking, hanging out with friends (no club, no alcohol, no drugs). I spend most of my free time to volunteer at local animal shelters helping dogs and cats. I love volunteering! So it would be best if we can share all of these passions together. Last, it would be great if pets allowed. Not my own pet actually, I sometimes temporarily foster dogs for shelters and rescue groups. If not allowed, I respect that! I hope to have a friendly, healthy, happy, and peaceful life with all of my roommates.
