I am a 59 year old retired doctor. I am in need of an apartment with ample closet space. I am very dedicated to healthy eating and am active. I am happy, quiet, laid back and cleanly. I am out of the house often to walk, to play board games, go to church, to do community service work with Sertoma and to go to the movies. I do not have any pets. I am looking for a long term rental. I am very tired of moving. No drinking, smoking, vaping, partying or overnight guests. I want to rent in the Gulfgate area.
