I have a full time 9-5 job as a utility technician. If I’m not working, I’m usually in my room. My current roommate hardly ever know I’m home. I’m lowkey mostly. I have 2 cats. I’m a clean person, I prefer well kept roommates. I clean up after myself. I prefer private bathroom. I travel for work so I have a large cargo van as well as my personal SUV. So I require a house for driveway use. I also have work materials shipped to my address on a regular basis so I would require a portion of space for storage with which a garage would be nice and a space for SUV in garage. all my requirement meet my current living situation, so yes it can be this way. either male or female roommates.
