Ok here is my situation. I have been living on my own for 24 years and have a one bedroom condo. The market is way up and I would like to sell my condo as I could make a profit finally. My biggest Hurdle is my credit score. I work 2 jobs and I am responsible. I feel the only way to really fix my situation is to sell my condo and move. Take the money I make and pay things off and start fresh. I am also not very happy with the way this condo complex is turning into. I have references and I could pay you a security deposit if needed. I just need someone who will give me the chance. I am looking within the Hartford area. Does not need to be Newington.
