Originally from NJ, but I have lived in TX for past 10 years. Starting a new job (date TBD). I am hoping to move close to Rt 22… Budget $1000 with utilities. My preferences would be to have a private bathroom and not sharing a house with a group of multiple roommates. In other words I’d like to be with one other roommate, maybe 2 or family. Idm gender, orientation, race, etc. Please non-smoking though. Lastly, stress-free parking is a must! About me: Although I can be chatty, I’m not a very social person and prefer quiet time alone to relax (reading, Netflix). I don’t anticipate having guests often if at all. I enjoy hiking and traveling. I like to volunteer, but while in NJ I am looking forward to spending free time with family that I have been away from. I like to meal prep for work lunches and dinner is usually a simple salad kit with veggie burger. So I would need kitchen access but hopefully not in your way on weeknights. I want to be respectful to you and your space and hope for the same in return. 🙂
