My name is Bernie, and I will be relocating from Ocoee to the Brandon area between late June and early July due to a professional promotion connected to the opening of a new retail location at Exchange Mall.

At this stage, I am specifically hoping to find a quiet and fully independent residential setup — ideally a guest suite, private in-law apartment, attached efficiency, or similar private living space offering both autonomy and comfort.

What I value most is peace, cleanliness, stability, and a calm day-to-day environment. I live a very quiet and orderly lifestyle, do not smoke, drink, or use any substances, and deeply appreciate well-kept spaces and considerate surroundings.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, hold a Master’s degree in Art History, and have spent years working in management within the fragrance industry in the United States. I also lived in Europe for many years, an experience that deepened my appreciation for history, culture, and human expression through aesthetics and sensitivity.

Throughout different stages of my life, I have also been involved in projects related to art, writing, research, and academia — experiences that further strengthened my appreciation for harmony, respectful coexistence, and thoughtfully maintained environments.

I am financially stable, highly respectful of the spaces I live in, naturally discreet, and deeply responsible. More than simply finding temporary housing, I hope to find a place where I can genuinely feel comfortable, peaceful, and settled long term.
