I found a great 2B/2B apartment with laundry in unit, walk-in closets, AC, parking, pool, gym. It’s in the Santa Clara-North San Jose area close to 101 and 880. The buildings name is River View Apartments.

I am looking for a female roommate to share this beautiful home, it Looks really great. The rent is $4600, we would each pay $2300. Non-smoking, and a quiet, respectful environment. Kind requirements for a super clean space and absolutely no cats due to allergies. I am a physician back in school and study at night. Work regular hours 9-5 Mon to Friday. I’m clean, quiet, respectful, good communicator. I love watching movies at night and on weekends I love music, like the pool, my bike, go hiking and out to eat and watch shows. I plan on going to the community gym 4-5 times a week! 💪
