Looking for someone to hop in on a lease with me. preferably a 4 bedroom house, 2,000+ sqft, somewhere in the price range of 2,000$ per month. so it’d be about 950 to 1,100 a month for each of us and it would be plenty of space in a nice area. There’s like 40 properties like this in clarksville, easy to find. we both sign the lease and 2 rooms would be yours and 2 would be mine and we’d split the garage and utilities.

preferably no smokers or large dogs.
