Hi! I’m looking for a room, studio, loft, ADU, to rent anywhere in Ventura County and hoping to move as soon as possible.

A little about me: I’m 37 and work full-time, Monday through Friday, with an early morning schedule. I’m usually out of the house early and keep a pretty quiet routine.

I’m very laid-back, respectful, and easy to get along with. I’m also clean, organized, and always pick up after myself. I respect shared spaces and believe good communication and mutual respect are the keys to a great living situation. I’m flexible with different lifestyles and have a “live and let live” attitude—no judgment, just positive vibes.

In my free time, I enjoy staying active. I play softball, enjoy video games, and like relaxing with a good movie or TV show. I do smoke, but only outside, and I drink occasionally—mostly during football season.

I’m currently dating someone, so I’d like to find a place where my girlfriend can visit and occasionally stay the night. If that’s not something you’re comfortable with, I completely understand, but it probably wouldn’t be the best fit for me.
