Hello,

I’m looking for 2 rooms (or 1 room plus living area to set up cot) and a bathroom for myself and 20 year old son who is awaiting job opportunities to pan out. He is kind and clean. We can go month to month to make sure everyone is happy and respectful.

I am very quiet clean responsible independent and kind, but not chatty. We clean as we go and expect others to in shared areas to be fair. Enjoy clean and fresh homes.

I mostly keep to myself with minimal social life outside.

Scooter, bike, bus, Uber when necessary. Would like to park scooter in garage or a post for chain lock. Son will have his own car.

Budget is based on early modest retirement while I’m healthy and strong…dependable renter with references upon request.
