Looking for: Roomies who are chill, sociable, LGBTQ-friendly & 420-friendly and that’s mainly why I’m moving out. Common areas generally clean and able to have and entertain guests. Close to Tysons is ideal, but anywhere from Tysons to Arlington or NW DC would be great. Able to go out easily, but also commute to Tysons.

Don’t have any pets, but I love them. My LDR gf if she decides to move here has a cat. Warning, your babies might love me more than you. All I ask is we pet proof the house, they don’t interfere with having guests in common areas, and that you take good care of them. Neglected puppies make me sad.

Open to teaming up for a 2/3bd apartment like Eaves Tysons or Nouvelle (or anything on Jones Branch Dr.) or on the way to Arlington/DC since it’d be easier to go out.
