Howdy! I’m Cameron, I work in Malibu/Calabasas as a custom home building superintendent for Meru Construction. I’m looking to rent a house with 2 other people. I have a close friend of mine, Wyatt, who is on board to rent a house. We’re looking for a 3rd person so we can rent/lease a 3 bedroom house. I work from sun up til sundown, and when I’m home at night I tend to keep to myself and decompress in my room. If we rent a house I’d look forward to cooking a few nights a week, and using the garage to work on my car and truck. I’m super handy, I enjoy working on cars and building things, be it out of wood or metal. I’m a 3rd generation carpenter but I enjoy expanding my hands on skills to any skills and hobbies I can pick up. My friend Wyatt is 25 and works full time in Malibu/Calabasas as well, for Bailey Construction as a carpenter. He is gone all day during the week just like me. My budget is anything under $2,000/mo, but I’d like to rent a house so that each of our 3 monthly rent payments averages to about $1,200/mo. Wyatt makes good money too and can support his end of rent, we just need to find a 3rd roommate. We are both Cannabis friendly but we don’t use very often, I personally don’t smoke at all, but have no issue if roommates do. Neither of us have pets either.
