I’m a single 22 year old who is trying to get on her feet. I currently work and looking to advance myself through college. I have a pet cat, he’s potty trained and is very sweet. He has all his shots up to date. He usually lives in my room but I would like for him to have some more freedom. He unfortunately doesn’t get along with other cats but he does get along with dogs. About myself: I’m usually quiet and keep to myself. In my free time I like to do art, play games, and watch shows. I prefer to discuss things calmly and in a timely manner. I enjoy working a lot and make my payments on time. I’m searching for a responsible and friendly roommate to live with. I’m hoping to move near Sac City College or keep living out near Rancho Cordova. My pay range is 900 to 950$ a month and willing to split utilities. I would like a long term place to live, 12 to 24 months. I’m seeking a quiet and peaceful place to live with good wifi so I can work on my projects. I’m 420 friendly, I don’t mind drinking but I’m personally sober, and please no hard drugs. I don’t have any kids and I don’t wish to live with children either. I’m hoping to make friends with my roommate(s) and do things together. I unfortunately do not drive but I am working on it and hoping to buy a car when I feel financially stable.
