Hi there, my name is Sam, I am a new Santa Fe resident of 1 year and I am seeking a suitable stable residency within a communal living situation.

I am a 34 yr old working professional with a passion for growing watermelons and creating illustrative drawing/animation. My interests include hiking, art, tech, bluegrass music, meditation, gardening, basketball, stand-up and alternative modalities. I like being a homebody as well as going out on adventures. LGBT and cannabis friendly. I am clean, respectful and low key.

I also have a dog named Kuro who is a 4yr old, 30lb medium sized german shepard mix. Kuro is generally low-key, well behaved and sweet.

I work remotely so having some social connections in proximity is important to me. Although I would like to share a meal together every now and then, I don’t have any expectation on the level of connection we would share. As long as we can agree on dividing household chores/responsibilities, and enjoying healthy connections.

An ideal space for me is dog friendly, has at minimum a small patch to garden, and no cats(cause allergies). Other desirable amenities include wifi, kitchen, laundry, AC. Lease length 1yr plus. Preferred budget between 700-1500. Looking to find a place before the beginning of May. I can provide references and proof of income.
