Hi! I’m Callie, and I’m looking to either rent a room, or find a roommate to start a new lease with. I currently live in Orlando, however, I’m looking to relocate to Nashville in late March as the location is much closer to my parents. I can be flexible with the move-in date during the month of March as my last month rent is already paid. I’m very professional driven and financially responsible (I’ve never missed a rent/bill payment and typically pay earlier than when the funds are due). I currently work in property management and will be looking for a job in the same industry in Nashville. I have a small dog named Nala/Bean. She’s very friendly once she gets to know a new person, she’s potty trained, and overall a good dog. Since I will be relocating to Nashville by myself I would love to have a roomie/friend. If roommate references are need I can also provide that as well! :) I’d love to chat and see if we would be a good fit for each other!
