I am a 30 year old male, working professional and recently moved to SD for work. I work in San Ysidro and am looking for a room to rent close to my work. I work mostly days and night, so I won’t be home most of the time, other than my days off. When I’m home, I tend to keep to myself but am socialable. I respect my surroundings and the rules of the house. I’m knowledgeable about basic house and car maintenance. I’m extremely clean and like to keep my space organized.
