I am non-smoking, quiet, responsible, have a firm grasp of the absurd, mind my own business, and keep to myself but enjoy some socializing. I have 2 cats that I’d keep in the room and prefer but don’t insist upon housemates to be older, quiet women, working or not, retired or not. I am a young, energetic, healthy 80 (except for annoying arthritic knee!) and firmly believe that 80 is the new 40. I am looking to simplify my life and expenses for 6 months to a year as I reinvent myself by coming out of retirement to continue setting up and running a business from home selling ebooks on Amazon geared to helping small business owners improve their returns. Retired real estate agent, and recently licensed in Life and Health insurance which required a full, finger-print background check.
