Looking at places in central or northern San Francisco.

Hoping for a housemate who is ideally in their mid twenties to early thirties who works full time (whether it be remote, hybrid, or in office/etc.).

A little about me: 25 years old, also grew up in the Bay Area, loves the hills of SF for strolling and dog parks, appreciates matcha, will make baked goods for the house, working in tech sales

My dog: Tex (well behaved and small ESA dog: Australian cattle dog and chihuahua mix, quiet, kind, and loving, 7 years old, will mostly be in my room unless anyone needs any dog therapy/cuddles

Hoping for someone who is considerate of noise since on occasion I’ll be working from home. My general schedule is working 8am-5pm and then sleeping schedules are 10/10:30pm-6am. Looking for someone clean and considerate of common areas. I’m extremely open to communication about the housemate dynamic to make sure everyone feels comfortable and at home. Love the occasional dinner gathering but prefer to not be the house that brings the party home!
