I am 34 years old, The Bachelor and working professional (Electronics Engineer). Working from office M-F (8 to 5) and I Cook/Workout/study/travel on weekends. Non-smoker. ID Verification, Credit Check and Background verification - Cleared and Completed on Roomies for your reference.

What I am looking for? (I am specific based on my experience)

1. Property Type: Shared House with spacious cozy private room and a private bathroom (to maintain my personal hygiene) . Sahred Kitchen and common area.
2. Move in date: Saturday, July 27th 2024
3. Lease terms: Negotiable and Flexible on 30 days notice period.
4. Security Deposit: One month rent.
5. Need Car Parking: Yes
6. Furnished or unfurnished: doesn’t matter Note: I prefer, room without bed as I sleep on my futon mattress on the floor.
7. Electric, Heat and Wifi : Included in my rent.
8. Privacy: No cameras in the house as I don’t want to feel uncomfortable in my living space.
9. Roomies: Looking for non judgemental, open minded roommies who don’t get into personal matters and keeps professional friendship. Well, I don’t love to be around too many people so its ok if there are less or no roomies in the house.
10. Location: Close to my work place (Coopersburg) is better but I don’t mind to travel from far (20 to 30 miles max) if you have awesome and peaceful place to rent.
11. Why I am looking for shared house? - Saving up to eventually get my own place in future. My budget varies from $700 to $900 a month based on what I get. I know I cant get everything what I need on roomies.com but definately can manage.

Hobbies: I love to cook for myself. I am travel and fitness enthusiast. Photography / Videography is my hobby to capture my memories. Listening to songs (ofcourse in my headphones).

What I love: Peaceful neat and clean Surroundings with positive vibes only.
