Hi everyone! My roommate and I are starting the search for a rental and are hoping to find 1–2 roommates who would be interested in looking for a 3- or 4-bedroom house/townhome together in the Waterford Lakes/Oviedo area, ideally close to UCF.

A little about us: we’re two girls (25 & 21). I recently finished grad school at UCF and work locally, and my roommate is wrapping up her undergrad. We’re both pretty laid-back, quiet, and clean. We aren’t partiers, don’t smoke, and generally like having a calm, comfortable place to come home to after work/school.

We’re hoping to stay around $750–$950 per person before utilities, depending on the house.

I also have two senior cats who would be coming with us. They’re both super sweet, low-maintenance, and mostly hang out in my room sleeping all day. Because of that, we’re looking for a home without any additional pets.

Our current lease ends at the end of August, so we’re hoping to move sometime in mid-to-late August. We’d ideally like to sign a 12-month lease and would love to find roommates who are potentially interested in renewing and sticking around longer if it’s a good fit.

More than anything, we’re looking for people who are responsible, respectful, and easy to live with. We’d love for the house to feel friendly and comfortable rather than just a group of random people splitting rent.
