Straightforward no drama person looking for a room/bath, or somebody to team up and rent an apartment with in portland in/near downtown. $1000/month max, hoping for closer to $800. For lower cost than that, I would consider a little further away. I will require an ensuite bathroom or private bathroom next to bedroom that can be gated. I have a large lizard. He is very shy and puppy pad trained. He will be restricted to my room and bathroom, so you will not see him unless you ask. My Pros: Chill, Clean up after myself, Don’t mind if you make noise/clutter, I pay rent on time, I don’t mind if you have guests, Non-judgemental, My cons: I leave my TV in my room on all the time, I have people stay over from time to time, I don’t have a lot of furniture to contribute initially
