Hi, how are you? My name is Grace Hueck. I am 100% committed with my inquiry in your room for rent. My current landlord gave my roommates and I a short notice to find a new place to live because they’re going to use this house for something else. I have to move out by April 30th and I am committed in moving in whenever it’s best for you I need to find a place by then or later. My budget is 1000 -1250.I am 30 years old, bilingual, queer and I work from home on personal documents til like 4pm. I work also part time as a pet caregiver and I leave to go take care of pets at there homes when there pet parent is out of town. I work through a company called wags. My rent is covered by my family. My grandmother direct deposits has been direct depositing the landlord. If that’s a problem we can do an alternative form of payment whichever your comfortable with. I’ve always paid rent before the 1st of the month always been punctual. I am giving you my landlords information as a reference. His name is Uriel Navarro . I am serious about security a place I am not joking around. I’ve been in this house for almost a year. I would want a place long term or however long the lease is. I will take anything at this point.
