My lease ends July 31, I plan on traveling for most of August, and hope to settle down early September. I can pass a background check, have good rental history, and a decent credit score. My Ideal roommate is a QBIPOC in their twenties and interested in forming a lasting connection c:

I routinely look for ways to improve the quality of life for myself and those around me. Still figuring a lot out but im very dedicated to my personal growth. Having a safe nurturing home is essential to this process.

I prefer notifying the other when expecting company. A brief introduction while crossing paths is super inviting and goes a long way, especially with a frequent guest.

I like to leave common spaces with little to no trace that i was even there to ensure trash and dirty dishes don’t accumulate and personal belongings are accounted for. It also ensures the space is ready for the next person who needs it.

All of this being said, flexibility and compassion is so important, and things slip through the cracks sometimes. Being able to problem solve is a team effort that really only works with respect and understanding

Some quirks of mine: Queer, polyamorous, uncultured latinx. Always searching for new and unique opportunities. I love most foods and drink occasionally, attend concerts and local shows, and am down to try most things at least once!
