I recently got a new job and I’d like to be closer to work. I need peace in the place I call home. I’m quiet, clean, and keep to myself for the most part. I like to cook. I believe communication is the key to mutual respect and understanding, and makes things most comfortable for everyone. I have a cat that is my baby. I’ve lived in the Bay Area about 12 years, and I love it. I’m a little introverted, so if it seems like I’m being stand-off-ish, I’m probably just nervous. I’ve been vegan for over 6 years, but I don’t care whether you eat meat or not, and I know how to cook both ways. I don’t smoke, I rarely drink, and I don’t go out, but I don’t have any preference on the lifestyle choices of a roommate, as long as your kind and we get along that’s all that matters. For rent, I’m looking to pay $800 a month, I’m open to 6 to 12 mo lease, week to week, and month to month.
