I’m a business coordinator for a marketing agency based in Newport Beach. I work from my laptop, so I generally work from home or anywhere with wifi from Tues-Fri, ~7am-4pm.

I am extremely clean (no clutter/cleans up after myself), quiet, considerate, chill and friendly. I’m not uptight at all but I am more introverted. I do however have a great sense of humor and would love roommates who do as well.

Outside of work, I’m focused on my side hustles & personal development right now, so I’ll likely keep to myself most of the time. If you’re entrepreneurial and growth minded too, we’d probably be a great match! I don’t watch tv (I do watch Bloomberg usually from 6am-8am on my laptop). I live a VERY healthy lifestyle, I workout daily and meal prep (will need fridge space & kitchen access). Generally I get up between 5-7AM and go to bed between 8-10PM. I don’t drink, do drugs, party or have pets/kids. Likely won’t have guests over. Excellent Credit, 790+.

For now, I am looking for a short term lease (or month-to-month if preferred by you), with the option to extend. ~6 to start would be ideal. Looking for a room large enough to accommodate a solid sized desk/workspace.

I have the ability to move now but also am in no rush if I don’t find a great option right away.
