Hi! I’m looking for a place with a private room and a private bathroom and only shared if only 1 girl shares and is clean with not a lot of clutter because I may be a wee bit OCD when it comes to keeping things around me organized. I have good credit, am clutter-free, and am clean with no criminal record, no pets, no kids, just me, and no furniture. I’d like to be as close to where I work as possible. Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, and especially Pompano are close. I work for an elevator parts manufacturer as a manager and fly out of here once per month for work (and work in office 40 hours per week). Other than that, I like to paddleboard, run, work out, eat, & laugh.
