Hey, I’m Luke!

I’m seeking a sublet or room (no shared rooms) to rent in a house or apartment that is close to the VCU Monroe Park campus. Neighborhoods that I am considering are Randloph, Manchester, and Byrd Park. I am currently a full-time VCU French Language student. I must be moved by 5/01/24. My budget is $600-$800. Work-trade is an option and I have managed Airbnb rentals in the past for discounted rent. The space cannot be crowded or cluttered. Empty space and minimalism is important to me, as well as sunlight, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

I am looking for flexible lease terms, like 6-12 months. I currently work part time and am a full-time student. I have few possessions with me at this time. I am a very clean, orderly, nice, quiet, responsible, registered yoga teacher, gay male. I like painting, theatre, socializing, music, traveling, fitness, dining out etc.
