Cliff notes: My name is Freddy, I’m gay, I’m friendly, easy to talk to.

Hey, call me Fredward, everyone does, Freddy is cool too. I’m a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and a freelance mental/behavioral health coach. I work with children on the autism spectrum and work with their parents to promote positive outcomes for their kids.

Creating a safe space to communicate and be yourself is literally my job. I’d love to find a roommate who can do the same. The best way to communicate with me is directly. If you’re a passive communicator, we may not mesh too well, but I will always respect you and your feelings.

I’m into some nerdy stuff, fandoms, movies, board games, TV and gaming are up my ally. I’m also pretty chill about learning and getting to know stuff you might like too so feel free to open up about your likes and dislikes. Non-nerdy interests include camping, recreational shroomage, raving, playing dodgeball, and whatever is the flavor of the week.

I’m down to link up and look for somewhere to live. I’m looking for a place that has a pool, in unit washer and dryer, dish washer, parking and maybe a gym or somewhere close to an LA fitness. Let me know if you wanna find a place together or have a place that meets my preferences.
