Im recently divorced and trying to get back on my feet. Im super chill very outgoing, super understanding n it takes a lot to irritate me. Im hardly home usually bcuz I work a lot of hours n on my one day off I’m hanging out with my kids. Yes I do have 4 amazing kids 6,8,13, and 21 who’ll probably stop by once in awhile so if u don’t like kids leave me alone. They are very well behaved tho. The perfect roommates for me would be socialable ones or laid back people. Roommates that could eventually become good friends. Roommates that could appreciate a drink or two when having a rough day. I cannot stand people who complains a lot n nitpicks. I’d prefer Roommates around the same age who are clean. I would rather not share a bathroom with guys but it’s doable. I’d prefer my own bathroom really. Thanks a lot Joy-Joy
