I am a business owner, investor, and work a regular 9-5 so I am super motivated, disciplined, responsible, organized, timely, etc. Will never have a problem paying rent and/or paying on time.

I am moving from my condo at the Julian Luxury Apartments downtown in Creative Village, recently went through a separation and hate living alone!

I am a Libra through and through so very laid-back and natural peacemaker. Really dislike confrontation and/or drama.

I work hard but also like to have fun. I tend to be pretty private but am also social and friendly when I am not locked up working. Open-minded, self-aware and mindful, spiritual, curious, and adventurous :)
