Hello! I’m a UCSC student majoring majoring in marine biology. I’m pretty neat and always clean up after myself, especially in common areas. I value communication to avoid misunderstandings. I’m more of a night owl and I love to bake, workout, and swim at the beach during my free time. I would prefer to find someplace to stay long-term instead of leasing from quarter to quarter.
