I’m a 29-year-old working professional looking for a room or apartment to rent starting around June 30.

My budget is ideally around $1,000, but I can go up to $1,300 if utilities are included.

I’m responsible, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I work full-time (office schedule), with on occasion work from home days, keep things clean, and am easy to live with.

My current landlords are no longer renting their home, so I’m looking for a new place to settle into.
