My name is Sam. I’m move from Long Beach to Petaluma in July . I just accepted a job offer from Calitrans permanent position station at Petaluma. Im petty easy  Kindness person to get along with other people in a shared space, I do clean after myself, respect people boundary as well, friendly, outgoing. I’m in mid 30’s, I do not smoke or take drugs and drink. But I have one vehicle, no pet , I do in enjoy hikes, travel new places, take pics, meet new people. 

I’m interested in renting out a room  closest  to work. I do drive to work so I will need to be able to park somewhere close to home. monthly rent and utility fit my budget.
