My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a room starting ASAP. Will have money in our hand around January 20th (& every month so on also on or around the 20th) to pay any deposits and rent fees. We are clean and tidy, quiet, get along great with one another and are looking for a peaceful and easy going roommate(s) to stay with for a couple months+ at a reasonable price ($500 or less) while we save up to get on our feet and eventually move into a place of our own. We are not picky and are open to any place anyone is willing to rent out for previously said rate or lower. We keep to ourselves and just ask to be mutually respected. We have been struggling to find a place to stay within our new price range. (We took a financial loss during the COVID pandemic and our last roommate bailed and put us in a bind, leaving us with their share of the rent plus our own; DEPENDABILITY to rely on next roommate to pay their share and be consistent and reliable is a MUST!!!)
