Although I own a home in Alabama, my career has me in Tampa/St Pete for the forseeable future. I am currently looking because I need to find a place in a better location.

I’m a big fan of live music, travel, and exploring the local food scene. I don’t smoke or vape, and I rarely drink and even then, only with a meal.

On a typical night, you’ll find me catching up some work, reading a good book, binge watching television, or playing cards and board games.. Looking for a quiet layed-back place.

I need a room with high-speed wifi and a dedicated workstation desk/chair where I can use my laptop.
