SEEKING ROOM BY JANUARY 1, 2025.
Piano and Voice Teacher working 7 days a week: Monday-Friday, 2-9 pm, Saturdays and Sundays, 10 am-9 pm. I am out of the house 12-15 hours a day, 7 days a week, 10 am-10 pm. Seeking noise-free and pet-free environment. Conscientious about paying rent before/on time, ethical, considerate, friendly, but solitary by nature, and keep to myself while at home. Extremely COVID-conscientious, all vaccines and boosters, mask continuously, practice social distancing. My basic needs are a safe, quiet environment to sleep, and solitude while at home to recharge for teaching music to the next generation. I do not drive any longer, so no parking required, and want a location within 1 mile of my work site, Veksler Academy of Music and Dance, 9 South Abbott Ave, Milpitas.
