In Cali to train for football and finish up college. I mostly keep to myself and I’ll be out of the house most days until mid/late afternoon. Ideally I would like a month to month situation but a 6 month lease would be fine. I am clean and have a storage unit so I will not be clogging up your home with a bunch of belongings, I will only have what I/we (as a house) need.
